Robert Pearson

Finn Gledhill’s Financial Adviser, Robert Pearson began his career in financial services with the Inland Revenue, where he became familiar with tax matters, particularly Capital Gains Tax and Trust taxation.

After moving to the Abbey National, where he became an independent financial adviser, Robert joined Finn Gledhill in 1995, launching the firm’s Financial Advice Department.

After spending his youth playing with cars and organising and competing in rallies – even winning a trophy in the RAC rally – Robert admits he finally had to ‘grow up’ when he and his partner Nancy celebrated the birth of their daughter, Sarah, in 1994.

DIY has now taken over from rally cars and Robert spends what spare time he has left on his bike, playing badminton or running.

He is competing in this year’s Great North Run and is looking for sponsors for the Get Kids Going charity that provides exciting things for disabled children to do.
