Ann Matthews

Ann Matthews has worked as a Family Litigations Executive for over ten years. She deals with all aspects of family law including: domestic violence, divorce, ancilliary relief, contact, residence and parental responsibility issues between married partners and cohabitees.

Ann provides general advice on practical and immediate issues and the needs of the family in the early stages of the breakdown of a relationship. This support continues through to the final stages including representation at court if necessary.

Ann is a member of Resolution, formerly the Solicitors’ Family Law Association, whose members are committed to providing conciliatory and non-hostile or confrontational advice with the aim of achieving an amicable solution. Where appropriate she will also identify and refer clients to other agencies offering support and assistance.
