Adrian Wade

Adrian is a solicitor in the Commercial Department, having joined Finn Gledhill in 2007 after starting out with Chattertons in Lincolnshire.  He graduated from Durham University as a mature student, and has several years' experience in commercial environments behind him, mainly in the financial and insurance sectors.

Working on all aspects of commercial law including Landlord and Tenant matters and Property Development work, Adrian has dealt with numerous specialist leases too, like mobile phone masts agreements, enfranchisement and acquisition of the Right to Manage.

A local lad from Oxenhope, Adrian gets pleasure from outdoor sports, especially cycling and hiking, and he is an accomplished guitarist (unfortunately, he admits, without the voice to match!)  He has a young family which keeps him busy the rest of the time.
